One. Humor as salvation

"And to everything in this life, one must, of course, add a sense of humor.

Not everything has to be negative and sad.

In addition to relieving us from the absolute pain in the neck that most politicians and a whole range of sleep-inducing, dismal, and doom-mongering individuals subject us to, it serves as the essential dressing that every good existential salad requires.

The philosophy of a good mood and optimism must always prevail over adversity.

As Charles Chaplin used to say: 'In the end, everything is a gag.'" 

Two. The reactionaries

"There are far too many reactionaries who cannot appreciate how the world progresses, despite the clear evidence of it.

Some have remained so exaggeratedly anchored in the past, so bound to their particular Stone Age, that they are incapable of leaving certain traditions behind.

These individuals have not evolved, at least not in step with the times we are living in.

Their mentality is parked in events of the past to which they are irredeemably chained.

Fred Flintstone and his ilk no longer have a place in the 21st century." 

Three. The society of vulgarity

"With a little intelligence, a lot of nerve, and a zero sense of shame, one can aspire to anything in this blessed country.

Nowadays, it is easy to see unwatchable programs that elevate absolute idols with feet of clay to the altars of fame.

Most of them have done absolutely nothing to deserve recognition of any kind.

It is clear that, in the society of zero effort, what is valued most is vulgarity." 

Four. Human hypocrisy

"There are people at the table who are always watching to see who stains the tablecloth when they spill their soup, and yet, they never worry when a hair from their own head falls into the dish.

There are those who see the blemish on their neighbor's face from a mile away and never see the pimple on their own face right in front of them.

There are many who try to disguise history in the robes of deceit and intend to turn it into something resembling a carnival in which the truth ends up in drag.

In the end, it appears exactly as it is; it stands naked before our eyes." 

Five. Politics and exhaustion

"Enough already with the reds and the blues, the whites and the blacks, the cowboys and Indians, the constitutionalists and the radicals.

What the vast majority of citizens—disgusted by what we see day in and day out—want to know is if someone will ever be able to resolve our doubts.

Will politicians keep giving themselves raises?

Will the corrupt disappear, or are we still in for many more surprises?

And what about those who preach morality, while their actions prove they are utterly indecent?"
